4. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund guarantee.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as impulse buying or change of mind), where the item is free from any defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

五、Shipping Costs and Duties Responsibility
For any parts or machines shipped directly from the factory, the buyer is responsible for international air or sea shipping costs and any applicable import duties.
Please note that the factory warranty covers only free replacement parts; the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and duties.
