  • We reserve the right to cancel any pending order due to inventory discrepancies at the warehouse. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method automatically.

  • Delivery timelines are based on business days only (Monday to Friday), and do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Currently, we do not offer express or overnight shipping in any country.

  • PO Box addresses and territories are not eligible for delivery.

  • For orders containing pre-order items, delivery times will be based on the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

Shipping to Remote Areas & Islands

Shipping to islands and remote regions may incur additional fees and longer transit times due to limited logistics coverage. These costs will be communicated via email after the order is placed.

While we strive to consolidate orders, items may be shipped from different locations, resulting in multiple packages and separate delivery dates.
